Once booked, we schedule your 30 minute strategy call. This is where the magic starts. We will talk through your brand aesthetic, choose locations, map out your wardrobe and make sure every detail is intentional. I will send you a detailed session guide so you arrive feeling completely prepared.

your session day
I will guide you through every single moment so you never have to wonder what to do or where to look. We will move through locations and wardrobe looks, capturing headshots, full body, lifestyle, and detail images. My clients are always surprised by how relaxed they feel. That ease shows up in every image.

your gallery arrives
Approximately 3 weeks after your session, your hand edited gallery lands in your inbox. Download your high end headshots and brand imagery and start showing up for your business the way you always knew you should.

TELL ME ABOUT THE INCLUDED VIDEO OR GIF
Short videos and GIFs are a great way to add movement to your website and social media platforms to help viewers engage with your page longer. During your branding session, we will film some short videos so you have some options with movement available to you in your branding content. Some ideas for this are behind-the-scenes video, short interview, time lapse, slow motion or a GIF created with several still images.
HOw will you guide ME?
I am more than just an Orlando headshot photographer. I like to think of myself as your Brand Imagery Strategist. Your BIS! I will guide you every step of the way. We will begin with a strategy call to craft the look and feel of your custom branded images and talk through details such as outfits, locations and your brand aesthetic. Upon booking, we will schedule a 30 minute strategy call. We will come up with ideas for the location and aesthetic of your session and how to communicate your vision through your brand imagery. We will also discuss any design elements to include and will collaborate on styling your wardrobe for variety as well as a cohesive look. I will provide plenty of direction during your session so you feel comfortable and confident!
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes, my headshot and brand imagery services are not limited to the Central FL area! I am based in Orlando, Florida and spend a lot of time in Buffalo, New York. I also travel to Tampa/Clearwater, Naples, and East Coast Florida. A travel fee may apply. Please get in touch to discuss all the details to determine the perfect location for your branding session!
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY IMAGES?
All images are delivered through an online gallery that can easily be shared. Simply download your images to use for all of your business needs. Imagery may be used on your website, social media and any other marketing outlets. Any video will be shared through Google Drive so you can download quickly and easily for your business use. Your online gallery will be emailed approximately 3 weeks after your session
HOW DO I RESERVE MY SESSION AND WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Once we agree on a date for your session, reserving is easy! I will email an agreement that may be signed electronically. Once signed, you can send your non-refundable Reservation Fee, which will be applied to your total session cost. The balance is due on the date of your headshot or branding session. Accepted forms of payment are eCheck, credit card, Venmo or Zelle for your convenience.
how do you accept payment?
Do not stress about this for even a second. Wardrobe is one of my favorite parts of the planning process and I will walk you through all of it during our strategy call. We will build a look that feels like you, photographs beautifully and reflects the quality of your brand. Think of it less as getting dressed for a photoshoot and more as showing up as the most polished, confident version of yourself. That is exactly what we are going for with every high end headshot.

I HAVE NEVER FELT COMFORTABLE IN FRONT OF A CAMERA. WILL THIS BE OKAY?
I hear this all the time and I want you to know, it is going to be just fine. So much of what I do happens before we ever pick up a camera. The strategy call, the wardrobe planning, and the session design are designed so that by the time your session day arrives, you feel ready. I will guide you through every pose and every expression. You will not have to guess. My clients walk away genuinely surprised by how natural it felt, and that ease? It shows in every single image.
