I will carefully lead you through the planning process, including how to choose a theme, location, and materials that reflect your brand. We will also determine a timeline for any pre-shoot preparations and coordination if needed.

Costs and Budgeting

We will also determine the right branding package for your business needs. Options include monthly, quarterly and annual content to suit the needs of your business for all of your marketing and promotional purposes.

Finding the Right Photographer

It is important to select a photographer who understands your brand and can capture your desired aesthetic. Your imagery will need to align with your brand aesthetic and you will want to be able to easily communicate your vision with your photographer. Forming a long term, synergetic relationship with your photographer is helpful to come up with new and innovative ideas and to create cohesive imagery and keep your branding fresh for years to come.

Location and Design

We will select a photo shoot location and design that will compliment your brand. Together we will determine if an indoor or outdoor setting makes sense and if additional backdrops or props will be required to best represent your business.

Wardrobe and Styling

I will guide you through choosing an appropriate attire that resonates with your brand’s images. We will discuss coordinating outfits, accessories, and hair and makeup for you and any team members involved.

Storyboarding and Shot List

After discussing your purpose and vision and some of details for your branding shoot, we will create a storyboard or shot list to ensure the shoot captures a variety of images that showcase your brand from several angles. Some examples are headshots, full body shots, photographs of product details and lifestyle images to further tell the story of your brand.

Post Production and Editing

As an Orlando headshot photographer, I provide my clients with naturally retouched, hand edited imagery. You can expect to have your gallery of images 3-4 weeks from the date of your branding session. Edits will be natural to maintain a consistent look and feel across your imagery.

Licensing and Usage Rights

Branding clients have the rights to use their new branding images for all of their advertising and marketing needs. Images may be used for their business promotional purposes. Images may not be sold or used by other companies without permission from the photographer.

Scheduling and Coordination

Once we determine your vision, we will select a date and schedule your branding shoot. We will coordinate with any other team members and manage all of the logistics the day of the shoot.

Maximizing ROI

I want my branding clients to make the most of their branding session investment. I will help to provide strategies for repurposing your images across various marketing channels, such as social media, websites and print materials.

Measuring Success

You can use tracking engagement metrics, brand recognition and customer response to measure the success of your branding strategy to test what is working, change your methods at any point and determine the best ways to engage with your audience.
