High on a sun-kissed hill in Central Florida, beneath a wide-open sky, this Orlando wedding was the kind of day you feel lucky to witness. The Sterling Event Venue, with its exposed wood beams and sparkling crystal chandeliers, struck a perfect balance between rustic charm and refined elegance. It created a warm, welcoming space that felt both intimate and grand.
From the very first look to the final dance, the emotion of the day ran deep. Tears of happiness glistened during getting ready, the ceremony, and beyond, there were not many dry eyes among this tight knit group. You could feel how much these two are loved—how much they’ve touched the lives of those around them. Every embrace, every toast, every moment between the Bianca and Mark told a story of connection, history, and hope for the future.
Just as moving as the emotion was the electric joy that carried into the night. When the reception began, the space transformed. The energy rose with every beat, and when the hora loca kicked off, the dance floor absolutely erupted. Flamenco dancers brought fire and rhythm, while entertainers on stilts moved through the crowd with larger-than-life flair. It wasn’t just entertainment—it was an invitation. And no one hesitated to join in. Everyone danced, laughed, and let themselves be swept up in the celebration.
A Cuban food truck rolled in to treat guests to a delicious late-night surprise, adding even more flavor to the night. The smell of crispy empanadas and other savory Cuban favorites filled the air, drawing everyone outside for a moment to savor the flavors and soak in the evening. Under the glow of the moon and with music still echoing in the background, it felt like pure magic.
This wedding day held an especially meaningful place in my heart because I’ve had the joy of walking alongside this couple through so many beautiful milestones. I first met them during their maternity session, full of anticipation and love for the little life they were about to meet. Since then, I’ve captured their daughter Carmen’s newborn, six-month, and one-year milestones, as well as their engagement session—and through it all, I’ve had the chance to truly get to know them. Seeing sweet Carmen, now a toddler full of personality, running around in her little white dress was such a full-circle moment. She stole the show more than once, of course, and it was so touching to watch her be part of a day where so much love surrounded her family. Being trusted to document this wedding felt like the most natural and heartfelt continuation of their story—and I’m incredibly honored to have been a part of it.
To all the talented vendors who poured their hearts into this day—thank you. You brought a vision to life with artistry and care, and helped create a day that Bianca and Mark, and their loved ones, will never forget.
Bianca and Mark, thank you for trusting me to capture your story. It was a privilege to witness such a beautiful beginning and I can’t wait to watch it continue!
