A handful of love. There is no place more safe than in the arms of your mother. Days feel so long but this season with your tiny newborn is gone in an instant. That surreal feeling of walking around in a blur, motivated by the sounds of hungry little cries while catching that sweet baby smell as he curls into your chest will someday be a memory. Look beyond the laundry everywhere and giant baby items that now cover your home. These are the days. Hold on tight, mama. These babies of ours don’t keep!
