I love all the newborn details. It often hurts to remember how long ago it was for me now but also awakens me to the fact that these are the things I would want to never forget. A tiny warm baby on your chest. Drowsy little eyelids, fingers wrapped in your hair, open mouth sleeping in your arms. It’s real and it’s raw and it’s truly breathtaking.
